Energy Efficiency Applications
Measurement, analysis, design and delivery services carried out by our certified energy management team.
Renewable Energy Projects

Solar, wind and geothermal energy can supply your building with electricity at no cost, or even turn it into income. We analyse the energy profile of your plant or building, then design and deliver solar panel, wind turbine and heat pump applications supported by full feasibility and engineering work. Grid-tied systems need no battery and use a bidirectional meter, so surplus generation is paid for at a fixed rate. Off-grid installations require battery storage.
Energy Management

We deliver energy management services with certified energy managers, combining academic depth with current technology. Energy management is defined by ISO 50001 and governed by Turkish regulation 28097 on improving efficiency in the use of energy resources, and it is carried out by mechanical or electrical engineers holding the energy manager certificate. Every energy source you use is reviewed on a monthly cycle; buildings, machinery and electrical systems are examined and low, medium and high cost measures are proposed. Those measures are then developed continuously through the PDCA loop, so you produce more for less energy without compromising quality.
Energy Audit

An energy audit covers the consumption and efficiency of every heating and cooling system in a building, together with lighting, electricity consumption, harmonic analysis, façade insulation and emission fluctuations. Our certified energy managers measure and analyse it with thermal cameras, heat meters and emission data loggers, then report it comprehensively. An audit is mandatory every five years for industrial sites consuming 500 toe or more and for buildings above 20,000 square metres. The report closes with low, medium and high cost measures across the building, its machinery and its electrical systems.
Energy Identity Certificate

As authorised energy identity certificate specialists we issue EKB certificates for existing buildings. A certificate raises the value of the units, tells you exactly where your efficiency level stands and lets you take the required measures in advance. Calculations run on the official software of the Renewable Energy Directorate, and the building is documented from class A through E. Under Turkish energy efficiency law, existing buildings are required to hold a certificate of class C or above.
Efficiency Increasing Project (VAP)

In industrial plants, the projects prepared to implement the measures identified by an energy audit — and to recover the resulting energy saving potential — are called Efficiency Increasing Projects. A VAP is prepared to eliminate energy waste, loss and inefficiency in a plant, and is an investment project supported by the Renewable Energy Directorate. Industrial companies seeking support submit their projects to the Directorate every January, in line with the procedures published in the official communiqué. The Directorate assesses applications and part of the successful projects are supported by the state. VAP projects are prepared by our certified engineers after energy management and energy audit work, through analysis and design.
Innovative R&D Projects

We analyse the machinery and systems you build and make them more energy efficient. You end up with systems that consume less or produce more, considerably more efficient in operation, and you can put the new product we developed on the market proudly in the A+++ class. The company holds innovative energy efficiency R&D projects across computing, communications, transport and automation.
